Nagdeklara si Brazilian interim president Michel Temer na: ‘’Today, more than ever, we are all French.’’ At sinabi ni Ecuador President Rafael Correa na nais niyang yakapin ang France matapos ang ‘’tragedy caused by insanity’’.
