NEW YORK (Reuters) — Kinondena ni Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff ang impeachment laban sa kanya at tinawag itong “coup” sa harap ng international audience nitong Biyernes, sinabing aapela siya sa Mercosur bloc ng mga bansa sa South America.
“I would appeal to the democracy clause if there were, from now on, a rupture of what I consider democratic process,” sinabi niya sa mga mamamahayag sa New York.
