WINNIPEG, Manitoba, at VANCOUVER (Reuters) - Nadakip ang suspek sa pagpatay sa apat na katao sa pinakamalalang karahasan sa eskuwelahan sa Canada, sinabi ng alkalde ng bayan nitong Biyernes.
