“Former WBC flyweight champ, tough Filipino Sony Boy Jaro (42-13-5, 30 KOs) was scheduled to appear but it finally didn’t take place due to Jaro’s failure to make weight against Yusuke Suzuki (6-2, 4 KOs) for an eight-round bout on Wednesday,” nakasaad sa ulat na lumabas sa Fightnews.com.
“Jaro, who had previously couldn’t make weight twice, wasn’t allowed by the JBC to fight this time—third time unlucky—as the Filipino finally scaled in at 119.25—still 2.75 pounds over the contracted weight (116.5 lbs),” dagdag sa ulat. “His manager Aljoe Jaro had a headache in his boy’s failure in weight-making.”
