Hiniling nina Senators Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. at Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada sa First Division ng Sandiganbayan na pansamantalang makalabas sa piitan sa Camp Crame, Quezon City upang makadalo sa burol ni German “Kuya Germs” Moreno.

Sa isang urgent motion na inihain ni Revilla, umapela siya sa anti-graft court na bigyan muna siya ng “gate pass” upang makalabas sa PNP Custodial Center, na roon sila nakapiit dahil sa kinakaharap nilang mga kaso ng plunder kaugnay ng pagkakasangkot sa pork barrel fund scam.

Sa mosyon ni Revilla, nais niyang pumunta sa burol ni Moreno ngayong araw (Enero 12) sa Mt. Carmel Church sa New Manila, Quezon City, o sa Enero 13 sa GMA-7 Network Center sa Quezon City, mula 3:00 ng hapon hanggang 8:00 ng gabi.

Ipinaliwanag ni Revilla na bukod sa pagiging mentor, ninong din niya sa kasal si Moreno.

“Senator Revilla feels deeply saddened and dejected about the unfortunate death of Mr. Moreno, who not only served as a true godfather...but also, in more ways than one, helped, guided and cared for them countless times through the decades,” saad sa mosyon ni Revilla.

Hiniling naman ni Estrada sa korte na payagan siyang makadalo sa burol ni Moreno mula 7:00 hanggang 10:00 ng gabi ng Enero 12.

“As part of the movie industry and public servant, accused-movant (Estrada) was especially close and would like to pay his final respects to the late German Moreno. Visiting and attending the wake is one of a person’s Christian and Catholic obligation especially to (Estrada), to the remains of German Moreno who was and had been a part of the movie industry,” pahayag ni Estrada sa kanyang mosyon.
