ALDEN'S STANDEE copy

Samantala, narito ang bahagi ng post ni Carlos Celdran, kilalang Filipino tour guide at cultural activist tungkol sa AlDub: “Okay, why did I hashtag #aldub with that last bit of news? It’s because @AlDubNations is singularly the largest online community in the Philippines as we speak.

More than just a kalyenovela fan base, #AlDub is a network where a single hashtag can directly send your information to the youngest and most engaged Filipinos online (or is it world ba?) And these “Aldubbers” as babaw as you think, ha?

They are artists, designers, tv show hosts, airline pilots, students, tour guides, doctors, lifestyle writers and professionals. They speak Cebuano, Tagalog, Waray, Kankanaey (Cordillera dialect), Spanish, as well. AlDub isn’t for the C/D market segment only.

It crosses social classes. So that’s why I tag #AlDub to my tweets for important news. Fastest way to reach 2 million people. Period.”

Salamat, Mr. Carlos Celdran. (NORA CALDERON)
