“As of now because of what we call ‘Trickledown Theory.’ I’m sure that no economic philosophy in the present time will follow a strict Trickledown Theory. But generally the attributes, the qualities of trickledown development economy is like that trickledown. But the benefits of trickledown economic development, first, go to the already developed sections of society businesses, big businesses. Along time the benefits will go down to the poor. And we think that it should be turn around,” bahagi ng pahayag ni Quevedo sa panayam ng Radyo Veritas.
“And I think APEC should think about that knowing the government of APEC I don’t think that will happen,” aniya pa.
