Ramon Malinao at international referee Jojo Hugo.

“We are still in the process of organizational structuring,” sabi ni Cayco. “That is why we had just finished conducting a Level II coaching seminar. We are also now in the process of creating the coaches, the referees as well as the athletes commission which is the basic foundation to build the organization,” sabi nito.

“We even told them to held the coaching seminar next year but the FIVB insist to conduct it immediately because of their observation that our country has the talent and the ability but is way behind the knowledge of the sports as compared to our neighboring country’s by at least 10 years,” sabi pa ni Malinao.

“Yes, they are asking for sanction from the LVPI but I don’t know if we will have a national team competing. I know they (PSC) are working on that,” sabi ni Cayco.

(ANGIE OREDO)
