Napanalunan ni Nora Aunor ang Best Actress award para sa Dementia, tie naman bilang Best Actor sina John Lloyd Cruz (The Trial) at Piolo Pascual (Starting Over Again). Sa Best Supporting Actress ay tie din sina Sylvia Sanchez at Gretchen Barretto, kapwa para sa pelikulang The Trial. Best Supporting Actor si Nicco Manalo para sa The Janitor.

Napagwagian naman ni Bimby Aquino Yap, ka-tie si Miggs Cuaderno, ang Best Child Performer award. Ang Best New Movie Actor & Actress award, nakuha naman nina Richard Yap at Sofia Andres.

Male & Female Face of the Night naman sina Iñigo Pascual at Kylie Padilla, Male & Female Star of the Night sina Julian Estrada at Sophia Andres. Si Vicky Morales ang tinanghal na Darling of the Press.

Pinalakpakan ang napakahusay na pagkanta ng international singing sensation na si Charice. Umawit din sina Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 Finalist Lucky Robles, Karaoke World Champions Lilibeth Garcia at JV Decena, at X Factor Phils and Macau International Jazz and Blues Festival Finalist Mark Mabesa.
