Nilagdaan ng Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) at United States (US) National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) noong Oktubre 22 ang Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sa karapatan sa paggawa ng overseas Filipino worker.
Ang naturang kasunduan ay pinirmahan nina Philippine Ambassador to the United States Jose L. Cuisia, Jr. at NLRB General Counsel Richard Griffin.
