Ito ang binigyan-diin ni European Union Ambassador Guy Ledoux, sa harap ng civil society organizations, academe at think-tanks sa Forum on the Current Dynamics of Radicalism in Southeast Asia.

“Threat of radicalization and extremism should be address on the grassroots,” wika ni Ledoux.

Inihalimbawa niya ang peace agreement ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas at ng MILF noong Marso na nagbigay-daan para makamit ang pangmatagalang kaayusan at kapayapaan sa Mindanao.
