“The two legislative chambers direct the Department of Justice, the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), all law enforcement and other agencies appropriate rules and regulations on presentation of suspects under their custody to the media including, but not limited to imposable administrative sanctions in cases of violators thereof,” saad sa resolusyon.
“Particularly, those covered are the officers, enlisted personnel candidate soldiers, probationary second lieutenants, and civilian active auxiliaries of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) ; the commissioned and non-commissioned personnel of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP); the cadets of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) and the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA); and the Philippines Coast Guard (PCG),’’ pahayag ni Trillanes.
