ANG 2014 National Fund Campaign ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) ay tinaguriang “an investment for our youth”. Kaloob ng scouting sa kabataan ang basic training at kaugalian na mahalaga upang maging mabuting mamamayan sila balang araw. Ang fund campaign ay nasa anyo ng raffle ticket sa halagang P20.00 bawat isa. Ang premyo na tinatawag na cash gift ay binubuo ng First Cash Gift - P1M; 2nd Cash Gift – P.5M; Third Cash Gift – P250,000. May consolation prizes: Dalawang tig-P100,000; tatlong tig-P50,000; limang tig-P20,000; pitong tig-P10,000; at sampung tig-P5,000.
Narito ang mga panuntunan: (1) Raffle draw will be on December 12, 2014 at the BSP National Office, Manila. (2) Only paid tickets certified by the National Fund Campaign Committee and Commission on Audit are valid. (3) Ping-pong balls will be sued during the draw. (4) Winners can claim their cash gifts at the BSP National Office. (5) In claiming gifts, winner should present winning tickets and proper identification documents. (6) All gifts not claimed after sixty (60) days from the draw date will forfeited in favor of the BSP. (7) Winning numbers will be published in major newspapers after the draw. All local Councils / Regional Offices and other outlets will be provided with official results of the raffle through a National Office Memorandum. (8) All questions arising from the raffle shall be resolved by the National Campaign Committee whose decision shall be final. (9) Ten percent solicitor’s incentive for every cash gift will be given to the seller of the winning ticket whose name is as written on the stub.
Ang raffle draw ay nasa ilalim ng pangangasiwa ng National Campaign Committee sa pangunguna Ireneo C. Aquino, chairman; WendelAvisado, SVP and Acting Secretary-General; and Vice President Jejomar Binay, bilang National President.
Noong panahon ng aking panunungkulan bilang head ng BSP Aklan provincial council ilang dekada na ang nakalilipas ay isang napakagandang karanasan para sa akin, lalo na sa pagsisikap na paigtingin ang karakter ng ating kabataan.
